How to Delete Your Data

At Zones.City, we respect your right to privacy and make it simple to request permanent deletion of your personal data and account records.

1. Deleting Data from the App

To delete your data from the mobile or web app:

1. Open the Zones.City app on your device.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Select Account & Privacy.
4. Tap Delete Account / Erase Data and confirm your request.

2. Third-Party Logins (Google / Apple / Meta)

If you signed in using a third-party social provider, you can revoke access anytime in your provider account settings:

• Google: Visit Google Account > Security > Third-party apps > Remove Zones.city.
• Apple: Go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps using Apple ID > Stop using Apple ID.

3. Manual Deletion Request

You may also request complete manual erasure by contacting our privacy team directly through the contact form or emailing contact@zones.city with the subject "Data Erasure Request". All associated records will be purged within 30 days.
